Fewer than 3 applicants
If the job has fewer than 3 applicants 14 days after you pay $29 USD, half of it comes back to you automatically. Every applicant counts, including those who applied before you paid. It doesn't apply if you hired someone or closed the job before then.
Nobody you messaged replied
If you messaged at least 3 different applicants within 14 days of paying and none of them replied within 7 days, you can ask for half back. Our team reviews the request.
At most one refund per job, and you keep everything you unlocked. Renewals aren't covered, and we can't promise a hire.

Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per job, and only when you want that job's applicants. There is no monthly fee and no commission on a hire.
What does the free job include?
Your first job publishes like any other and takes applications for 30 days. You see your applicants ranked, with their first names and scores; unlock the job for $29 USD to see everything else about them.
Can I post more than one job?
Yes. Every job after the first costs $29 USD, paid before it publishes, and it comes unlocked.
What happens when a job's 30 days end?
It stops taking applications. If you unlocked it, everything about its applicants stays open to you, and you can renew it for $15 USD to take applications for 30 more days.
What does the guarantee cover?
Two cases, half back in each, at most once per job: fewer than 3 applicants 14 days after you pay, or none of the applicants you messaged replied. You keep everything you unlocked.
How do I pay, and where are my receipts?
By card, through Stripe, when you unlock or renew a job. Every payment and its receipt is in Payments and receipts, in your account settings.
